Zivoe’s Next Phase Begins August 8: New Infrastructure, Expanded Distribution

Zivoe enters its next phase on August 8th.

On August 8th, Zivoe is scheduled to complete the migration of the tokenization and issuance infrastructure for its existing private-credit offering to infrastructure powered by Centrifuge. At the same time, Volo is joining Zivoe as a strategic backer and ecosystem partner as we expand the pathways connecting on-chain and institutional capital with real-world private credit.

This next phase advances a clear objective: a standardized, technology-enabled on-chain private-credit platform that deploys institutional and stablecoin capital through established lending partners, helping real-world businesses grow and scale while providing portfolio reporting through Lighthouse™, Zivoe’s portfolio reporting tool.

More scale. More flexibility. Better rails.

Centrifuge provides institutional-grade tokenization and fund infrastructure supporting on-chain strategies from asset managers including Janus Henderson and Apollo.

The migration gives Zivoe a scalable foundation to launch dedicated credit vaults, deploy capital across selected lending partners and make its private-credit strategies available through additional distribution environments.

The migration also lays the groundwork for more transparent portfolio reporting. Following successful completion, Zivoe expects to introduce regular net asset value (NAV) reporting for the vault via Lighthouse™.

For Current Participants:

  • Transactions remain paused. The pause began on August 3rd and will remain in place while the migration is completed on the 8th. Zivoe will confirm through official channels when transactions resume.
  • No action is required. Current participants will receive the corresponding new tokens automatically following completion of the migration. There is no registration, claim page or manual swap.
  • The strategy stays the same. The infrastructure underneath it is changing.

Zivoe and Volo Expand Private-Credit Distribution

Strong infrastructure is only part of the equation. Private credit also needs distribution.

Volo is investing in Zivoe through its digital fund and joining us as an ecosystem partner. The relationship supports a broader strategy to expand the pathways connecting on-chain and institutional capital with private-credit strategies tied to real business activity.

Volo contributes on-chain ecosystem reach and strategic capital. Zivoe sources and evaluates private-credit opportunities, structures the corresponding vaults, deploys capital across selected lending partners and oversees portfolio administration and reporting. Together, the companies are expanding the pathways through which capital can access private-credit strategies available through Zivoe.

“Volo has built on-chain reach. Zivoe brings the ability to source, structure and deploy capital across established private-credit portfolios,” said Kristal Gruevski, Founder and CEO of Zivoe. “Together, we are creating new pathways between on-chain capital and real-world lending.”

Why This Matters Now

The market infrastructure around tokenized assets and stablecoins is maturing. Three recent developments illustrate why institutional distribution, cross-network liquidity and operational interoperability matter:

  • European financial institutions launch shared infrastructure for tokenized assets. Regulated Layer One began operations with ten founding institutions. Its underlying network has already processed more than €700 million across 50+ transactions, moving tokenization beyond isolated pilots.[2]
  •  Ripple makes stablecoin operations easier for institutions. Ripple Mint gives institutions one interface to access, mint, redeem, and manage RLUSD, reducing the operational friction around using stablecoins for treasury and settlement.[3]
  • Circle shows how capital can move across networks without sitting idle. Relay settled approximately $410 million through Circle Gateway from March through June using one shared USDC balance across supported networks.[4]

The relevance for Zivoe is clear. Better rails expand where capital can move, but private credit still requires disciplined underwriting, portfolio operations, reporting and distribution. Zivoe brings those capabilities together to source private-credit opportunities, deploy institutional and stablecoin capital and connect these two worlds through a platform where borrower performance may be monitored and reported.

In the weeks ahead, we expect to share additional platform, origination and distribution milestones.
