Zivoe September: Broader Distribution. Deeper Transparency.

Last month, we shared the work behind Zivoe’s private credit platform. In September, that work began to show up in more places and in a clearer view of the credit behind the platform.

We expanded our distribution footprint, advanced a new collaboration with Perena, continued building support for additional networks and stablecoins, and moved Lighthouse™ into early release with portfolio- and position-level reporting.

We’re building one private credit platform for multiple strategies, with consistent underwriting, servicing, and reporting standards across the channels that support them.

Zivoe × Perena

Zivoe × Perena

Zivoe is collaborating with Perena, a Solana-based platform focused on stablecoin wealth and financial infrastructure, to expand distribution for Zivoe’s private-credit strategies. Perena brings stablecoin infrastructure and distribution capabilities; Zivoe brings specialty-finance underwriting, established lending relationships, and portfolio operations.

As part of this collaboration, the teams are exploring how eligible participants could access Zivoe’s private credit strategies directly on Solana.

Expanded Network and Stablecoin Support

Zivoe is live across ten networks: Avalanche, Ethereum, Monad, Pharos, Arbitrum, Optimism, Base, HyperEVM, BNB Chain, and X Layer, with USDC, USDT, and USD1 supported

Zivoe is now live across Avalanche, Ethereum, Monad, Pharos, Arbitrum, Optimism, Base, HyperEVM, BNB Chain, and X Layer, with support for additional ecosystems planned as distribution infrastructure continues to expand.

Zivoe now supports USDT and USD1 as deposit assets, in addition to USDC.

This broader footprint gives qualified participants more flexibility in how they access Zivoe’s private-credit strategies, while maintaining a consistent approach to underwriting, servicing, risk management, reporting, and participant onboarding across the platform.

Scaling Participant Onboarding

As distribution expands, Zivoe is also strengthening the onboarding infrastructure that sits behind it. This includes Persona-supported KYC/KYB workflows designed to help create a more consistent eligibility and onboarding experience across qualified participants and supported markets.

Deeper Transparency as Lighthouse™ Enters Early Release

Lighthouse, now in early release: portfolio composition, net asset value, and position-level reporting

Lighthouse™, Zivoe’s reporting platform, is now in early release. It brings net asset value (NAV), portfolio composition, and onchain token data into one view.

Position-level reporting provides additional visibility into collateral coverage, delinquency trends, and borrower concentration. Zivoe plans to continue expanding Lighthouse with additional data and analytical tools over time.

As Zivoe reaches more participants, this reporting gives them a clearer view of the credit behind each strategy.

Tokenization Across Financial Markets

Zivoe’s work is taking place as financial institutions test and adopt digital infrastructure:

  • Blockchain.com and NYSE are exploring distribution of tokenized U.S. stocks and ETFs, subject to launch and regulatory approvals.[1]
  • Hana Bank brought a $100 million digitally native bond to market through Euroclear’s D-FMI platform with support from Standard Chartered.[2]
  • Six major Canadian banks are exploring a Canadian dollar tokenized deposit initiative.[3]
  • The SEC has issued temporary, conditional relief for certain venues to trade tokenized U.S. stocks through permissioned automated market makers and liquidity pools.[4]

These developments show digital infrastructure moving into securities, deposits, and settlement. Zivoe’s focus within that shift is private credit: underwriting the loans, managing the portfolio, and making the underlying positions easier to assess.

Connect with Zivoe at TOKEN2049

The Zivoe team will be in Singapore for TOKEN2049 on October 7–8, meeting with lenders, allocators, platforms, and strategic partners across private credit and tokenized finance.
