Stablecoins Solved Settlement. Now Comes Yield.

Why private credit may be the next destination for stablecoin capital, and how Zivoe is bringing the two markets together.

The Infrastructure Is Live. Now We Scale.

Over the past several months, Zivoe has been focused on building out the infrastructure supporting our private-credit platform.

The first phase of that work is now complete.

Following the migration to tokenization infrastructure powered by Centrifuge, early access is live and our focus is shifting from infrastructure to reporting, distribution, and scale.

The goal has always been bigger than launching another on-chain credit product. Zivoe is building a standardized private-credit platform that connects real-world private credit originated through established specialty-finance partners with capital across multiple blockchain ecosystems.

This is not about launching a different Zivoe every time we enter a new ecosystem. It is about building one private-credit platform with many distribution channels.

Expanding Distribution

Zivoe is now live on Pharos, the first step in expanding its private-credit strategies across additional ecosystems.

Pharos is being built as a high-performance blockchain focused on institutional financial applications and real-world assets. For Zivoe, Pharos represents an additional distribution channel for the same underlying private-credit strategy and operating framework.

Pharos is the first in a planned series of deployments. Rather than rebuilding the credit strategy chain by chain, Zivoe can maintain a consistent underwriting, servicing, and risk framework and use each network as a distribution rail.

The model is designed to give eligible participants across supported ecosystems access to the same private-credit opportunities originated through established lending partners through a consistent Zivoe platform.

Market Signals

Recent developments across regulation, stablecoin infrastructure, and tokenized capital markets reinforce the broader shift already underway:

  • Stablecoin policy is moving into rulemaking: On August 17, the U.S. Treasury opened public comment on proposed GENIUS Act rules, an early step toward defining how stablecoins can operate within regulated U.S. markets.[1]
  • Stablecoin liquidity is entering institutional workflows: On August 24, OSL reported $200 million in USDC deposits on StableHub in roughly four months, signaling demand for integrated access, custody, and settlement.[2]
  • Tokenization is moving into live markets: On August 24, Coinbase launched tokenized Apple, NVIDIA, Meta, and Alphabet shares on Base for eligible users outside the U.S., an example of established assets reaching on-chain distribution.[3]

Together, they point in the same direction: stablecoin infrastructure is maturing and more assets are moving on-chain. The next opportunity is connecting that idle liquidity with productive private credit.

From Infrastructure to Capital Formation

As stablecoin liquidity and tokenized financial infrastructure expand, so does the opportunity to connect digital capital with productive real-world assets.

The first phase of Zivoe was about proving that real-world private credit could operate effectively on-chain. The next phase is about scaling that model.

That means increasing financing capacity, improving reporting and administration, and creating distribution channels across digital-asset ecosystems and traditional financial platforms.

With more than $10 million deployed to date and current capacity to deploy more than $10 million per month, the next constraint is increasingly capital formation and distribution rather than asset availability.

Much of Zivoe’s work over the past year has happened behind the scenes: expanding origination capacity, strengthening underwriting and servicing infrastructure, building compliance and reporting processes, and establishing the tokenization and distribution rails required to support scale.

With that foundation in place, the focus turns to scale.

More assets. More capital. Broader distribution. The same disciplined approach to credit.

The infrastructure is live.

Now we scale it.
